Neoneon is a ghost/fire Eeeveelution. They were born in the year 1990 and are essentially a ghost of the neon nineties aesthetic.

Chroma

Chroma is a cat furry with neon rainbow coloration. Her fur is a neon version of the bisexual flag colors. Her eyes are neon rainbow pentagrams. She has a shimmering, iridescent/holographic rainbow pointillism effect that shimmers across her fur.
